Hi there and welcome, I'm so pleased you made it here!

This 5 part, self guided course, introduces you to the basics of Natural Nutrition. As a Nutritional Therapist for the last 15 years, I created this course to share the information that I share most often with my clients. In each part we explore a new aspect of the philosophy through video, audio, handouts, recipes and weekly recommendations, so you can make simple changes to how you eat to improve your health and wellbeing. There is a dedicated supportive Facebook group for you to join and ask any questions.

There are also regular 'LIVE' rounds you can join that I lead week by week. These include a weekly class followed by a Q and A session. The sessions are all recorded and shared in the group so people can catch up if they miss a LIVE class.

With warm wishes and I look forward to welcoming you.

Carol xx

"I came into this course feeling vulnerable and curious, with a history of anxiety and phobia around food from childhood, and a health issue requiring fundamental dietary changes.
Early on I had a major lightbulb moment through Carol's explanation of how the body works. It was a huge piece of the jigsaw in understanding my dis-ease.
Since then I've started making lots of little changes....ones I thought would be impossible have turned out, to my surprise, to be really easy.
Without the course I would still be very stuck where I was. What's worked for me is Carol's approach...the huge amount of support and encouragement together with a wealth of knowledge that's presented in friendly, bite-sized portions you can dip in and out of as and when you can.
I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Carol....it's a true life changer for me"
Sarah May

"Thanks Carol for this excellent, information packed course. I am still working my way through the content, there is so much there. I really like the way you present your material with a mixture of video and written material. It makes it easy to dip in and spend a short time learning something new and to then come back to it later and explore in more depth.Your friendly relaxed style is a joy, I felt as though I was sitting in your kitchen with you!" Juin Gibson, WIldheart Alchemy flower essences / Plant Dreaming retreats and kinesiology.

"Although I wasn't able to participate in the live calls, I had the opportunity to catch up with them via recordings. One of the benefits of doing a course like this is that it caters for everyone. The online material is easy to navigate and for those who are busy, it's great to be able to access the resources as and when you have time. Carol is knowledgeable on her subject, very supportive and caring." DSM

"Carol is a mine of information on food, wellbeing, health, emotions and nourishment. She has a deep understanding of how all these areas work together, and how by making small steps we can achieve greater well being in body, mind and spirit. Her open and compassionate attitude make it safe to open up areas that can hold shame and guilt, to transform old habits and embrace new healthier choices" Lynn-Amanda Brown, Creative Kinesiologist, Animal Communicator and Healer

"Carol Lee has prepared a very comprehensive course. There is a private Facebook group for attendees, there is a lot of downloadable content online, and she hosts gatherings online via Zoom. Due to time constraints I was only able to attend one Zoom but I could see straight away the depth of knowledge that Carol has about nutrition. Also Carol hosts these Zooms with a lovely gentle energy, she is so accommodating answering everyone's questions and guiding them to a focused experience. Highly recommended" Jools Williams.

"I thought I knew all there was about food and nutrition before I came on this course. I discovered that I have only pockets of knowledge and Carol's unique wisdom creates a holistic understanding of food and its impact on the body. In doing this course you can learn how to transform food into its full medicinal power, and eat in a way that works with the body, rather than against it. Thank you Carol for such a life-affirming experience" SR

"Carol Lee is a great teacher and makes the subject accessible to all. From the complete beginner new to this subject with little or no knowledge to those who want to revisit the subject and learn new information too. Step by step introducing a different topic each week. This is the way to engage people get them interested informed and into action that will transform their eating plans to something more healthy. Plus a wealth of online material. This course got menback on track and to new things such as sprouting seeds and tring a range of fermented foods. I have already recommended this course to friends" Christina Jackson

"Carol's course has given me a much greater understanding of the role nutrition plays in my health and well being. Her support, and that of the other members of the group has been invaluable in my journey towards a healthier way of eating. Her learning platform was easy to navigate, clear and very user friendly, and the information was easy to understand. Carol's friendly, non-judgemental attitude, her willingness to answer any question, her depth of knowledge and her care and support have all been amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend her course for anyone who wants to understand nutrition and the benefits of sugar-free eating. Thank you Carol, for your time and patience, and what I believe will be a life changing experience" Karen Blackburn.

Carol Lee

I am a Creative Kinesiologist and Nutritional Therapist, I work locally and internationally. Food and nutrition has been both my passion and 'medicine' for probably three decades. I have several 'foodie' passions. I love empowering people around the healing power of food and nutrition, as a recovering sugar and processed carb-aholic, I love to support people to overcome their attachment to sugar through solid nutritional and nourishing principles. I also love weaving my nutrition knowledge in with the potency of the natural cycles including the seasons and moon phases. This is based on my love of the Chinese Five Elements. I first fell in love with this beautiful philosophy in my 20s when I was studying Acupuncture.
